Andrew (they/them) was born in South Florida and raised on the island of Grenada, where their mother is from. They came back to Florida when they were still young and remained there until the end of this past August when they moved to Philadelphia.
Andrew has a background in food service, though their last two years were spent working in lower management at Whole Foods! Their desire to find a more involved, community-centric space led them to SPFC where they hope to learn more about the city and how they can be of service to it through quality produce!
In Andrew's spare time, they enjoy reading, writing, riding their bike, and finding a balance between exploring nature and this new city. They also play in a band with members scattered across the east coast; music is one of their passions and is an integral part of their day-to-day life.
Along with music, Andrew is passionate about cooking, mycology, critters of all shapes and sizes, and social justice, especially the pursuit of equality and accessibility to basic human needs regardless of class, race, sexuality, etc.!
