South Philly Food Co-op welcomes and encourages your feedback, input, ideas, and suggestions. Please use this form to provide these comments.

Our General Manager will review your comments address them internally as appropriate. It is our goal to respond to comments related to policy, procedure, customer experience,  and product selection guidelines (generally). At this time we are compiling suggestions for specific products and are unable to respond to reply directly to those individual requests but your input is being heard and taken into account as we are able. Our GM reports to our Board of Directors on our owner and customer comment process annually and directs questions and comments related to member and board governance to the Board of Directors monthly in advance of their monthly meeting (or as needed).
