Thanks for becoming a member-owner of South Philly Food Co-op! As a member-owner, you play an important role in building the Co-op community and changing our local food system. 

To become a member-owner, use the payment feature on this page to make your $300 equity investment. The member-owner equity investment can be paid in full at once or in monthly installments ranging from 2-12 months. Member-owners who cannot afford the $300 equity investment can join with support from our Community Equity Fund.

I understand that I am applying for ownership at South Philly Food Co-op under the terms and conditions outlined in the Bylaws available online or by request. My equity is refundable should I choose to leave the Co-op. However the Board of Directors retains the right to withhold funds when necessary to protect SPFC's financial viability. Ownership rights and owner equity may not be transferred in any way as laid out in the Bylaws. SPFC must be kept informed of any changes to name or address. Equity share price subject to change (see Bylaws for details).
