Chocolate and Beer Pairing with the Chocolate Clinic

Bring along your favorite beer (doppelbock, imperial stout, oatmeal stout, dry stout, porter, or abbey dubbel are best, but feel free to bring anything you like) and chocolate expert Kym from our neighborhood's own The Chocolate Clinic will pair handmade,

bean to bar chocolates from across the US with your suds. This is chemistry! Let's see what we can concoct.
