Ways to Save at our Co-op:
We're proud to announce our new sales program, Co+op Deals! This program offers a rotating selection of deals throughout our store. Keep scrolling after the Co+op Deals flyer to learn more ways to save at our store.

Note: Some items in the flyer may not be available in our store or on all days but most items are available by special order (in case quantities, ask cashier for details)

Here are the ways you can save money shopping with us:

1. Co+op Deals - Rotating selection of deals — some biweekly and some monthly — throughout our store with green Co+op Deals tag

2. Co+op Basics - Find everyday low prices on popular grocery and household items with purple Co+op Basics tag.

3. Flash Sales - Act fast on items with red Flash Sales tag for big savings! Items discounted are in limited supply or on close out, so get them before they’re gone!

4. Owner-Only Specials - Spot this yellow Owner Deals tag for outstanding specials extended to our member-owners. Non-members pay the regular retail price.

5. Food Bucks - You can earn Food Bucks for free fruits and veggies when paying with SNAP! For every $1 of produce purchased using SNAP, shoppers will earn 40¢ in Food Bucks points to spend during a future visit (up to $10 earned per day).

6. Clearance - shop our clearance shelf at the back of the store and visit our Imperfect Produce Discount Bin on the produce case for more savings! 

Additionally, you can save money with a case discount:

Placing case orders through South Philly Food Co-op can save you 8-10% on your groceries. These special orders can be made for any product our distributors carry.

A case typically contains 6-12 quantities of the same item. Items that don’t come by the case vary according to the product. For example, 1 case of spices is 1 pound, 1 case of coffee is 5 pounds, and 1 case of beans is 25 pounds.

Place An Order
Ask one of our store staff to browse our product distributor catalogs. Also be sure to ask about case quantity requirements for products we don’t stock on our shelves.

When you’re ready to place an order, visit us in the store or give us a call. If you need your order by a specific day, please communicate your ideal delivery date to our staff. We will notify you when your order arrives.

Sale item orders will receive the greater of the two discounts and must be placed before the sale ends. 

Pick Up An Order
Please pick up special orders as soon as possible. If you’re unable to pick up an order within 24 hours of arrival, we can only hold your item for a limited amount of time. Due to storage capacity, we can hold:

  • Produce and meat for 2 days.

  • Refrigerated and frozen items for 2 days.

  • Groceries and nonperishable items for 5 days.
