Instead of gifts, a beer, or a Facebook shout out, I'm hoping that my family & friends would be willing to donate, small or large, to the South Philly Food Co-op.  I've been involved in all facets of the Co-op's start-up process, from helping write the business plan, planning outreach events, and even bookkeeping and finance, and have watched the Co-op grow from no members to 940 members! The Co-op has come a long way and we're close to meeting our fundraising goals to open our community-owned grocery store in South Philly!  While your donation is not tax deductible, do know that all our profits will go directly back into the store and the South Philly community. Thank you for donating!
