The South Philly Food Co-op means fresh produce and opportunity for everyone in my neighborhood. In a location where the closest grocery store is almost a mile away, it would be instrumental to my community to provide a shop where not only can we get the produce we need to live healthy lifestyles, but also provide a business opportunity to the residents where they have buy-in to the success, cleanliness and health of the neighborhood. In lieu of a holiday gift this year, I would like to ask for a donation (no donation is too large, or too small) to the South Philly Food Co-op. I'm aiming to raise $500 overall.
