The South Philly Food Co-op Leadership Committee is hosting a virtual meeting via "Google Hangouts On Air" to answer any questions anyone might have about running for and serving on the Co-op's Board of Directors.

This virtual meeting stuff is a little new for us so buckle up for the ride! You can find the event at our Google+ page by following this link. In theory you'll be able to participate directly by asking questions but at the very least you'll be able to hear from the Leadership Committee as we talk about the requirements for nomination and what it's like to serve on the Board. This broadcast will be recorded so it will be available on our YouTube channel if you can't tune in tonight LIVE at 8PM.

Though our 2/15 deadline for suggesting a nominee has passed, if you get us a name and contact info soon we will reach out and let that person know they have been suggested. Follow this link to fill out the nominee suggestion form. Please act quickly so your suggested nominee has plenty of time to fill out the nomination form.
