In July 2020, the Board of Directors voted to recommend that the member-owners increase the price of each share from $200 to $300. At the Fall 2020 General Membership Meeting, the member-owners voted to approve the recommended increase.

This is your ownership stake in our Cooperative - a democratic business that we own collectively and equally. Co-op ownership is an equity investment, not a membership fee or dues. Your investment may be made through a one-time payment or through an installment plan. Because the co-op will be here to serve our community for generations, the share price may increase periodically. When the share price increases we will typically ask member-owners to add equity to reach that level.
