Please join us for a fun and informative afternoon about... MANGOES!
All About Mangoes with Chef Char Nolan is taking place in person on the patio behind our store on Saturday, April 30th from 2pm-3pm (weather permitting).
In this FREE class you will learn:
- How to select mangoes
- Tips on how to ripen them
- How to cut them (there are so many ways!)
- How to assemble mango salsa (ingredient list to be provided so you can shop for your ingredients on the way out and make Chef Char's salsa at home!)
- How to make homemade tortilla chips Plus you can take samples of Chef Char's salsa home with you in an eco-friendly container!
