Please join South Philly Food Co-op and In Color Birding (a nonprofit birding club for BIPOC birders and their allies) for a Bird Watching Outing & Philabundance Food Drive at FDR Park on Sunday, November 19th from 8am-11am.

Whether you've bird watched before or you're a first timer, this event is for you! We will peep some wintering waterfowl and late migrants!

There's no cost to this event, but we ask that you bring pantry items for our Philabundance food drive.

Meet at FDR Community Clubhouse

Food drop off takes from place 8-8:30am, and then we'll start birding at 8:30am!

A few additional details:

-Accessible parking and restrooms available
-We will stick to paved and grass trails
-Binoculars will be provided by In Color Birding
-Dress comfortably for the weather and the walk.
-Meet at the pavilion at the parking lot
