At the Second Annual South Philly Food Co-op Food Quizzo.

Come out on Wednesday, March 12 with your food-savviest pals for an epic throw-down of South Philly, Food and Co-op knowledge!

Who: Teams will be limited to 6 players. You can show up with a full team, or find fellow co-op members and soon-to-be members to play with.

What: Teams will be challenged with three rounds of food-tastic questions in three categories:

• South Philly
• Food
• Co-ops

When: The blissfully early-for-a-midweek-quizzo hour of 7 p.m. Get there even earlier to secure a spot, as last year’s wildly successful First Annual Food Quizzo was a standing-room-only affair.

Where: The Wishing Well, 767 South Ninth Street 

Why: Not only will there be fabulous prizes for the night's big winners, but prizes will be awarded for each round. Said prizes will include a variety gift certificates from Shop South Philly partners and other local businesses — from money toward your Wishing Well tab and yoga classes, to restaurants and dry cleaning.

Points may be awarded to teams containing the most Co-op members or new members that night, so increase your chances by joining, and/or encouraging your on-the-fence friends to join as part of our “599 and YOU” campaign.
