Mimi (she/her) is a vegetable enthusiast from the greater Philadelphia area. After spending two years working in organic produce at a natural foods store, she is excited to join a community-driven grocery store in her own neighborhood.
She is inspired by farmer cooperatives and urban agriculture, and believes that indoor vertical farming is part of the future of food security.
When she is not arranging stacks of produce, you can find Mimi bicycling around the city, collecting vegetable-shaped dishware, and sleeping with her little cat.
