Susan (she/her) was born in Indonesia and moved to Philadelphia in 2000. When she was a kid she would help her business-owner mother with her store before school every day, and then she became a business-owner herself at 20 years old running a grocery store/market that sold homemade food.
Always having a love for food, Susan enjoys cooking and cooks for her 15 year old daughter every day. Her favorite type of food to make is a mix of Indonesian and Chinese cuisines.
In addition to cooking, Susan loves to clean! One of her favorite hobbies is cleaning up the kitchen when she's done cooking.
Susan is happy to be in Philadelphia and loves being at South Philly Food Co-op. She can't wait to meet everyone!
