Fall is in the air… or perhaps Indian summer. But whatever the season, there’s great produce to turn into delicious soup. Rich butternut squash, savory spinach and hearty tomatoes are just a few of the flavors that we’re hoping to see at our upcoming Soup Swap on Thursday, October 24 at 6:30 pm.
And don’t forget all forget all of the yummy root vegetables coming into season. Perhaps a roasted carrot puree or a nice potato leek? And borscht, or lentil, or escarole bean.
Spend an afternoon in the kitchen melding your finest flavors and then share the love (and the recipe) with your fellow swappers. Instructions for swappers are here. Or skip the cooking and just come to observe. Grab a bottle of wine and/or an appetizer and join the fun. Either way, you need a ticket!
